Legal disclaimers: All on-line orders are offers to buy. All orders shipping or billing to Florida are subject to Sales Tax unless Florida resale forms are provided. JIJORO Services charges $5.00 on all verifiable orders shipping to a 2nd location. Minimum order for consumable products "Media & Ink" is $50 exclusive of shipping. On-Line orders falling short of $30.00 will be rejected. Shipping prices are for Continental U.S. Destinations only, occasionally rates may vary, in such cases, JIJORO Services will notify customer of any changes and no charges will be made without express permission of Customer. JIJORO Services does not ship to APO address and Foreign Destinations. Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

Return policy: These policies supercede policies appearing on all other JIJORO Services literature and are in effect for purchases made after January 1, 2006. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, based on current market price. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number and the nature of the problem. All defective products will be accepted indirectly by JIJORO Services Inc for exchange or repair, at JIJORO Services discretion within 30 days from the invoice date of invoice. We do not offer advanced replacements. JIJORO Services reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Freight charges are non-refundable. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.

Delinquent Payments: If an account becomes thirty (30) days delinquent of Terms given, Terms are then changed to C.O.D. The C.O. D. Terms will be in effect until the account is paid to Terms. Any balance so remaining shall bear interest at the lesser of the rate of 1 1/2% per month (18% A.P.R.) or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, until paid. In the event that any suit or action is necessary, the Customer agrees to be responsible for all legal fees incurred, including a reasonable sum for attorney’s fees. There is a $29 service charge on all returned checks.
